Originally formed in 1998 as Haverhill Hotspurs these Youth teams have now graced the turf at Bull Lane for a 7th successive season!
The club moved to the village location in June 2003 and since then our players have benefited all year round from the fantastic 'award winning' playing surface.
The club achieved its Charter Standard Status in 2004 and all youth players benefit from all of our 'CRB Checked' Officials, Managers and Coaches; some of whom are Qualified to the FA Level 2 award, most have been associated with the club for the past 7 seasons.
Our superb 'state of the art' pavilion was completed in 2007, officially opened by 'Ipswich Town, Liverpool and Scotland' Legend John Wark. The building provides a warm welcome to visiting teams and officials with its superb changing facilities, refreshments, ample car parking and a friendly family atmosphere.
West Wratting Youth FC co-operate with the local scouting networks who are always welcome, every season we have helped produce players who are then rewarded going on to have the opportunity to leave us and join Centres of Excellence with Peterborough United, Ipswich Town and Cambridge United.
Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
