West Wratting were outstanding in the first half with an own goal for starters, Bush scored 3, Stevenson and Ankers finishing well. The Reds opened up the Willingham defence with passion and were 6-1 by half time. Ager, Payne, Foster and Sheath stood firm in defence, the ever confident Millar backing them up with mature keeping. Strikers Lambert and Bailey held the ball up well allowing the home midfield to dictate the pace.
The second half was harder with Wolves fighting for space and punishing the Wratting defence with 2 well crafted goals on the break. The Reds then stepped up a gear; Elliott and Gedny foiled by the visiting defence, then Massie, Cooper and Scotton began to get a grip in midfield setting up Bush for his fourth of the game and then Bailey opened his account with a well placed penalty.
Man of the Match: Torode.
